Summer Sermon Mini-Series from the Letter to the Colossians
Summer Sermon Mini-Series from the Letter to the Colossians

During our 11am Summer Sunday Parish Eucharist services at St Pancras Church we are considering some of the some themes from the opening chapters of the Letter to the Colossians.

Written to a young Christian community in Colossae, in modern day Turkey, around thirty years after Jesus was crucified, these short chapters from the New Testament still have the ability to pose questions that are relevant to society, to churches and to each one of us.

You are most welcome to join us in person on any Sunday morning at 11am, but we are making this mini-series of sermons available on-line because this is a time of year when many people take holidays ( either vising us here at St Pancras Church while staying in London for a week or so, or travelling away) and these recordings will allow you to listen when you have not been able to be present with us in the church building.

The text of the Letter to the Colossians is available here.

During our services we are also currently reading short passages from the Gospel according to Luke (Luke Chapter 10 - 12)

You may find it helpful to pre-read the texts for each sermon or to refer to them as you listen.
