Biographies:
At the age of five, Singaporean pianist Jun-Hwei Lim embarked on a musical journey under the guidance of his father, Kee-Poh Lim, a distinguished graduate of the Aaron Copland School of Music, New-York, and a protégé of eminent pianists including Gerald Robbins & Morey Ritt.
Currently, at 24, Jun-Hwei is honing his craft at Trinity Laban Conservatoire under the mentorship of Prof. Deniz Arman Gelenbe. He has had the privilege of studying with acclaimed pianists, including Pascal Rogé, Can Çakmur, &, Dr Enrico Elisi. Jun-Hwei was a finalist in the 2024 ‘Alfred Kitchin’ Schubert competition, and has given concerts at Penshurst Church, Waltham Abbey, Southwark Cathedral and St George's Beckenham.
