Biography:

Felicia Toni is a second-year master’s student in solo piano in the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, studying with Peter Bithell, Sam Armstrong, and Laura Roberts. She completed her first year of masters’ (MMus) in the school with Distinction.

She has also been offered places in the Artist Diploma programme in conservatoires in London and around the UK with scholarship. Her musical training is unusual in a way, as she started pursuing it seriously only in 2020. She was oriented towards mathematics and sciences as a child, and is a graduate of the University of Cambridge.


She has been invited to play recitals in England, France and Indonesia. Some of the venues she has played in include the Barbican Milton Court, the Charterhouse, St James’ Sussex Gardens, Downing Place Cambridge, Monastère de Cimiez in Nice and many others. She is also a keen chamber musician has participated in chamber music summer festivals, where she met and subsequently form close mentorship with Ian Brown until this date.


Besides performing, she takes her education seriously and always strives to improve her playing. This summer, she was invited by the renowned French pianist Pascal Rogé to work intensively with him for a week on French repertoire. She has also worked with Robert Levin on Mozart Piano Concerto No. 27 in his masterclass in the Guildhall School last year. She also participates in masterclasses with Martino Tirimo regularly. Her future engagements include solo recitals around London and in Cambridge, and a concerto engagement playing Beethoven Concerto No. 4 in Indonesia.
