The Bereavement Journey® is a 7 Session programme which assists bereaved people to process their loss. Participants do their own grief work. Each Session comprises two films followed by discussion in a small group, facilitated by volunteers, and with a break for refreshment.
The information you provide on this form is for your local programme organiser for the sole purpose of the delivery and management of The Bereavement Journey course you are about to attend and will be destroyed at the end of the course unless you defer to a later course. Course Details
Monday Evenings at 6.30pm (gathering from 6pm for a light meal)
Starting 23 September and ending 11 November 2026 (but not meeting on 14 October)
Attending the first six weeks of the course is important (the seventh session is optional). While not ideal, we understand that it may be necessary to miss one week but, if you know that you would have to miss more than this, it would be better to wait for a later course or, perhaps, join a group which provides the Bereavement Journey at a different time and at another location.
